DEKRA Slovensko s.r.o., originally founded in 1995 under the name SLOVDEKRA s.r.o. and renamed in 2019, is the Slovak market leader in the field of technical and emission inspections. DEKRA Slovensko employs nearly 150 people and provides its services across all regions of Slovakia, offering a comprehensive package of services in the automotive industry and safety.

As a subsidiary of the German company DEKRA SE, it is guided by the vision of becoming a global partner for a safe and sustainable world, focusing on road safety through vehicle inspections, expert assessments, and educational campaigns.

Problem Statement

Despite its market-leading position, DEKRA Slovensko faced challenges in leveraging online platforms to maximize its reach and conversion rates. Prior to our intervention, the company was not fully utilizing digital marketing strategies, leading to sub-optimal online sales and customer engagement.

The primary goal was to increase online sales through an enhanced digital presence. Specific objectives included:
