1. Who processes your data

The postal address for delivery of applications is the same as the registered office. We do not have a designated officer for the OOU.

2. What data we process

Identification and contact details: name, surname, company, e-mail, telephone, address, ID number, message text.
Website usage data: IP address, cookie identifiers, device and browser type, time and duration of visit, pages visited, referrer.
Marketing identifiers and segments created based on your activity on the site after consent has been granted.

We do not install optional analytics and marketing cookies without your consent.

4. Source of data

We collect data directly from you or automatically from your device when you use teapot.sk.

5. Recipients and data sharing

IT and hosting providers, accountant, legal advisors.
Google and Meta group companies for analytics and marketing purposes with your consent:
- Google Ireland Limited and in some cases Google LLC.
- Meta Platforms Ireland Limited and in some cases Meta Platforms, Inc.
  These entities may act as independent operators or processors according to the specific service.

6. Transfers to third countries

When using Google and Meta tools, transfers may occur to countries outside the EEA, in particular the USA. Transfers are based on the contractual mechanisms of the providers (standard contractual clauses and other supplementary measures). Please refer to the privacy policies of the respective providers for details. Consent to marketing and analytics tools also implies consent to this transfer.

8. Profiling and automated decision-making

Within marketing, we can create basic audiences and segments based on behaviour on the web. We do not make automated decisions with legal effects against you.

9. Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection to processing on the basis of legitimate interest and the right to withdraw consent at any time.

10. Security

We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect data against loss, misuse and unauthorised access. Access to data is restricted to those who need it to perform their work tasks and contractual obligations.

11. Minors

Neither the Site nor the Services are directed to persons under the age of 16. We do not knowingly process the data of such persons.

12. Changes to the Policy

We may update the text from time to time. We will publish the new version on this page.
